my stay at roomzzz exceeded my expectations! it was a huge upgrade from my last visit in chester. the compact kitchenette was well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

I recently stayed here for a night, and I really loved the spacious penthouse suite with the wrap-around balcony and the well-equipped kitchen! Plus, the grab-and-go breakfast had a fantastic variety! Highly recommend it!

The bathroom could use some updating and had an unpleasant odor.

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with a hot drink in the cold. Always a pleasure to stay here!

Loved the rainfall shower! the grab and go breakfast had delicious pastries, and 24-hour free coffee was perfect.

We had a lovely welcome from the reception team and the free coffee machine was perfect after our long drive. The powerful shower and swivel TV in our studio made relaxing so easy. There were great spots nearby to explore. The only small downside was the limited parking, but we were allowed some extra time after checkout to enjoy a walk before heading home! 😊

the location of the hotel is super cool, just a 5 min walk from all the fun stuff in town. free teas and coffees at the reception all day. They had lovely fresh croissants in the morning! the room was nice and clean, really liked the comfy bed and the big shower. great atmosphere and helpful staff too.

but the bathroom door wouldnt close properly, and the extractor in the kitchen was broken. kinda annoying when ur trying to relax.

We had an awesome hen weekend! Perfect location near the racecourse and a quick walk into Chester. The staff were super friendly, even took our group photos! Rooms were modern and comfy, although the beds felt hard to some. Loved the grab-and-go breakfast. A handy convenience shop for late-night snacks! Just a bit pricey for parking.
